Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory programs across pharmacy operations and unify the FuzeRx brand.

You will transform data into actionable process improvements, investigate discrepancies, and strengthen controls; ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety. Responsibilities include standardizing receiving and dispensing processes, building dashboards, and training the inventory team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, operations, or business administration.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience in pharmacy or healthcare inventory environments.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills using Excel, SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs and shrink.
• Establish standard processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing and disposition.
• Monitor inventory metrics like days on hand and inventory turns.
• Build dashboards and reports to highlight risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Ensure DSCSA compliance and product traceability.
