Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and drive standardization of receiving, put-away and movement. You will analyze data, reduce discrepancies, and build dashboards to highlight risks and trends.

The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering, and experience with healthcare inventory, ERP systems, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with relevant work experience.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy, healthcare, or related environments.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using transactional data and process docs.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods, aging, loss prevention, and SOPs.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems and BI tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and cycle counts.
• Analyze data to reduce adjustments, write-offs, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, and movement.
• Monitor KPIs like days on hand, turns, and expirations.
• Create dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team with clear performance metrics.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations, and expansions.
