Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconciliations.

You will analyze inventory data to identify root causes and drive reductions in discrepancies and shrink. The role requires experience with WMS (Tecsys), SQL, Excel, and reporting tools to build dashboards and support regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with inventory control methods and standard operating procedures.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations and investigations.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations (physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations).
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce losses and shrink.
• Establish standard processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns and disposition.
• Build dashboards/reports highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability.
