Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and to drive data-driven improvements benefiting accuracy, compliance, and patient safety.

You will manage cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations, build dashboards, and partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Compliance to strengthen controls. Strong WMS and ERP experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy, distribution, or similar environments.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Strong root-cause analysis using operational data and process documentation.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods, aging, loss prevention, and SOP development.
• Proficiency with ERP/inventory systems and Excel (PivotTables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs, shrink, and expirations.
• Establish standardized receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, and disposition processes.
• Monitor KPIs: days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and accuracy.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen inventory controls and SOPs.
• Develop and train teams; automate manual controls and reporting.
• Support audits, new locations, and system implementations.
