Job summary

Fuze Health seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory programs across pharmacy operations, driving data‑driven improvements and standardized processes. You will manage discrepancies, cycle counts, and reconciliations while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and partner with multiple teams to strengthen controls. Travel up to 25% may be required; a strong data mindset and healthcare experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with hands-on inventory experience.
• Strong WMS and Tecsys proficiency with inventory and cycle counts.
• Experience in pharmacy or healthcare inventory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and cycle counts.
• Analyze data to reduce adjustments, write-offs, and shrink.
• Establish standardized receiving, put-away, movement, and disposition processes.
• Monitor accuracy, days on hand, turns, and expirations; generate dashboards.
• Support DSCSA compliance, traceability, and product verification.
• Develop SOPs and training materials; drive system improvements.
