Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead and optimize inventory processes across pharmacy operations and DSCSA compliance. You will build standardized procedures, dashboards, and training materials to improve accuracy, reduce shrink, and support audits.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to strengthen controls, while supervising the inventory team and driving performance. A healthcare / pharmacy background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or operations.
• Experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys, in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Strong inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigation skills.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using data and process docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and cycle counts.
• Analyze data to reduce write-offs, shrink, and expirations.
• Standardize receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, and disposition.
• Monitor days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports for inventory risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability.
• Collaborate across departments to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead inventory team and measure performance.
