Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real-world practice within our retail pharmacies. You will follow a comprehensive training roadmap, work under a preceptor, and support the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions and caring service to patients.

You will gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations, learn SOPs, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused environment while developing clinical and technical skills for

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Ability to confirm prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: actively look for ways to help people.
• Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in patient interactions and follow SOPs.
