Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice within our pharmacy teams. Under a preceptor, you will follow a comprehensive training roadmap to gain hands-on experience across store, district, and regional operations while delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate patient care.

You will learn SOPs, participate in immunizations and other services where allowed, and prepare for a Pharmacist role with mentorship from licensed

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must have or be in the process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to ensure patient safety and accurate dispensing.
• Assist pharmacy team to provide timely, compassionate service.
• Counsel patients and respond to medical questions under supervision.
• Support immunizations and vaccines where allowed by law.
