Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice and prepare for a Pharmacist role. Under a preceptor, you will follow a detailed training roadmap, gain hands-on experience in a store setting, and support pharmacy operations to ensure safe, accurate, and timely prescription fulfillment.

You will learn to operate within SOPs, demonstrate empathy toward patients, and contribute to a caring service culture while traveling to stores in the market as

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and caring in customer interactions.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient privacy and security.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed.
