Belmar Pharma Solutions is hiring a Customer Experience Technician to support patients with outstanding service and accurate data entry. You will handle high volumes of phone calls, interpret prescriptions, and enter orders into dispensing software while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, teamwork, and dedication to patient care in a fast-paced pharmacy environment at our Arizona location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• State tech certification or registration as required by the state of employment.
• Excellent customer service, empathy, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, email, internet.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in retail pharmacy is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate knowledge of pharmacy rules and regulations.
• Interpret faxes, escripts, verbal and written prescriptions.
• Input all information into dispensing software.
• Charge credit cards for orders.
• Answer patient calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Process refill requests from patients and providers.
• Call patients about new prescriptions and refill needs.
• Call providers for refill requests.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with company policies.
