Job summary

Belmar Pharma Solutions is seeking a Customer Experience Technician to provide outstanding support to patients and healthcare providers from our pharmacy operations. You will manage high-volume phone calls and enter orders with accuracy, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

You will interpret prescriptions, use dispensing software, process payments, and maintain strict confidentiality. A collaborative, patient-focused team environment supports your role and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must exhibit excellent customer service and empathy.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, plus attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, data entry, email, internet.
• Good math skills; team-oriented work style.
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge of pharmacy rules and regulations.
• Interpret faxes, escripts, verbal and written prescriptions.
• Input information into dispensing software.
• Charge credit cards for orders.
• Answer patient/customer calls with excellent service.
• Process refill requests from patients and providers.
• Call patients about new prescriptions and refill requests.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
