Job summary

Belmar Pharma Solutions seeks a Customer Experience Technician to provide exceptional service to patients and healthcare providers. The role involves handling high-volume calls, data entry, and ensuring accurate processing of prescriptions in a compliant environment.

You will input orders in dispensing software, manage payments, and support front-end operations. The position requires a high school diploma, state-certified tech credentials, and strong empathy and communication skills to uphold

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current tech certification or registration as required by the state of employment.
• Excellent customer service and empathy.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems and solve them.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, data entry, email, internet.
• Team-oriented and reliable behavior.
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of pharmacy rules and regulations.
• Interpret faxes, escripts, and prescription orders.
• Input information into dispensing software.
• Charge credit cards for orders.
• Answer calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Process refill requests from patients and offices.
• Call patients about new prescriptions and refill status.
• Call providers for refill requests.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
