Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 3 months related experience or training.
• Must be able to enter data accurately in a computer system.
• Licensing requirements may apply for the location.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services.
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services.
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enters customer orders in computerized system.
• Verifies and updates demographic information in records.
