Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. in the United States seeks a Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy to provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the Pharmacy program, lead Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff, and ensure high-quality member outcomes.

You will partner with client plan partners, PBMs, and vendor partners to optimize client plans, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while advancing a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Expertise in managed care, specialty pharmacy, and PBM operations.
• Strong leadership, workforce planning, and analytics skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
• Knowledge of interdisciplinary clinical operations and performance coaching.
• Commitment to data-driven quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff and oversee program performance.
• Collaborate with client plan partners, PBMs, and vendor partners for client success.
• Lead workforce planning, service levels, and resource allocation across the Pharmacy program.
• Drive continuous improvement and address complex clinical/operational issues.
