Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy to lead the Pharmacy program under the VP of Pharmacy Services. You will guide Pharmacists, nurses, and support staff, drive performance, and ensure high-quality member outcomes.

You will partner with plan sponsors, PBMs, and vendors to meet client expectations, lead analytic reporting, and advance continuous improvement across clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy leadership/management experience.
• Licensure in good standing; multi-state licensure considered.
• Experience with managed care, PBMs, and analytics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and management of pharmacists, nurses, and support staff.
• Lead workforce planning, performance management, and coaching.
• Oversee the Pharmacy program with strategy, performance, and client engagement.
• Collaborate with external plan partners and vendor teams to support client plans.
• Serve as primary clinical representative during advocacy reviews and audits.
