Job summary

You will lead Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff, drive performance, and collaborate with client engagements to optimize member outcomes. You will shape workforce planning, coach leaders, oversee service levels, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality clinical services in a fast-paced healthcare navigation

Qualifications

• PharmD required and active license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience.
