Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy to lead the Pharmacy program under the VP of Pharmacy Services.

You will provide leadership, set strategic direction, and oversee operations to ensure high-quality services and optimal member outcomes. You will mentor Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff, manage performance, and collaborate with TPAs, PBMs, and vendor partners to support client plans and member concerns.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership/management.
• Active, unrestricted professional license in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the Pharmacy program.
• Lead Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff; ensure coaching and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with client plans, TPAs, PBMs to address member concerns.
• Serve as primary clinical representative during audits and advocacy reviews.
• Monitor workforce planning, service levels, and resource allocation.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and high-quality member outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Pharmacy services.
