Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Services leader to manage clinical pharmacy programs across multiple offices. You will oversee safety, quality, and affordability initiatives while guiding staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a Pharm.D or equivalent, a strong clinical background, and proven leadership in a managed care setting. Hybrid work with focus on performance and cost-effectiveness is offered.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in state of practice.
• 3+ years in patient care with management or business experience in a managed health care system.
• Experience reviewing medication claims and designing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain clinical pharmacy programs such as Stars, HEDIS and eValu8.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Ensure service levels meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Provide reporting and quality assurance for programs.
• Mentor clinical and non-clinical staff and manage workload.
• Coordinate with Pharmacy Directors and senior leaders on medication use and costs.
• Oversee staff hiring, coaching, budget, and resources.
