Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy to lead the pharmacy program under the Vice President of Pharmacy Services. You will direct clinical, operational, and client-facing teams to deliver high-quality member outcomes.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, performance management, and strategic initiatives while partnering with TPAs, PBMs, and vendors to optimize client plans and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy leadership, management, or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Pharmacy program.
• Lead Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff; oversee workforce planning and performance.
• Collaborate with clients, plan sponsors, PBMs, and vendors to support client plans.
• Ensure high-quality member outcomes and continuous improvement in pharmacy services.
• Mentor and develop leadership-level staff and ensure coaching frameworks are consistently applied.
