Job summary
Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Clinical Program - Pharmacy to lead the Pharmacy program, provide strategic direction, and ensure high-quality services for members. You will mentor Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff, drive performance and improvements, and collaborate with clients and partner organizations to support patient outcomes.
The role emphasizes workforce planning, leadership development, and ensuring effective pharmacy operations within a dynamic managed care environment.
Qualifications
- Pharmacist with PharmD required, licensed in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience.
- Minimum 3 years in pharmacy leadership, management, or supervision.
- Experience mentoring clinical professionals is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff.
- Oversee workforce planning, service levels, productivity targets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clients, TPAs, PBMs, and vendors to support plans and address member concerns.
- Lead clinical leadership during client meetings and site visits.
- Support escalation handling and continuous improvement across the Pharmacy program.
