Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy to lead and oversee the Pharmacy program. You will provide strategic direction, people leadership, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality member outcomes and client satisfaction.

You will guide Pharmacy Leads and staff, drive workforce planning, and collaborate with TPAs, PBMs, and vendor partners to meet program goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy leadership, management, or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff with coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation across the Pharmacy program.
• Ensure high-quality member outcomes and program performance.
• Collaborate with client plan partners and external vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement and accreditation readiness.
• Provide clinical leadership during client meetings and audits.
