Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy to lead the Pharmacy program under the VP of Pharmacy Services. This role requires strategic direction, people leadership, client engagement, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality member outcomes.

You will lead Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff, drive performance, and partner with PBMs, TPAs, and vendors to support client plans and ensure excellent member service.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Pharmacy program.
• Lead Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff; oversee performance and training.
• Develop workforce plans, productivity targets, and resource allocation.
• Act as primary clinical representative in client meetings and audits.
• Collaborate across Clinical Quality, Accreditation, Training and leadership teams.
