Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy to lead the Pharmacy program and drive high-quality member outcomes. You will provide leadership to Pharmacists, nurses, and staff, and partner with plan sponsors, TPAs, and PBMs to support client implementations and ongoing services.

The role emphasizes strategic direction, workforce planning, and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional member care and provider support.

Qualifikationen

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with active license.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmacy experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in pharmacy leadership or supervision.

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Pharmacy program.
• Lead Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff; manage performance and development.
• Oversee workforce planning, service levels, and resource allocation.
