Job summary

BD Parata is seeking a Field Support Engineer for the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX region to deliver in-depth technical and customer support for our pharmacy automation products. The role requires regional travel to pharmacies and collaboration with regional teams.

You will document issues in Salesforce and respond within SLA timeframes, with some overtime and occasional overnight travel required. On-site presence is expected in most assignments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a field service role.
• Proficient knowledge of multiple Windows OS versions and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and problem resolution at client sites.
• Provide expert instruction to customers on BD Parata’s pharmacy automation products and maintenance requirements.
• Collaborate with regional and national service teams to resolve technical issues and assist with installations.
• Document issues and resolutions in Salesforce Field Service Lightning for knowledge sharing.
• Travel regionally, including overnight stays, and be available for weekend/holiday overtime as needed.
