Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues at client sites.
• Instruct customers on BD Parata pharmacy automation products and procedures.
• Collaborate with service teams to diagnose and resolve advanced issues.
• Document issues and resolutions in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
• Travel regionally with possible overnight stays and occasional overtime.
