Job summary
Advocate Health seeks a Pharmacist Informatics professional to support the medication EHR and informatics workflows. You will collaborate with clinicians to design, test, and implement EHR builds that enhance safety and efficiency across medication-related processes.
The role requires Epic Willow certification, 3 years of pharmacy informatics experience, and a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy. Remote work is available across multiple states with standard first-shift hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and state licensure or eligibility.
- 3 years pharmacist experience or PGY1/PGY2 in pharmacy informatics.
- Epic Willow certification required.
- Experience with medication records, formularies, shortages, labeling, interfaces.
- Ability to translate clinical decisions into system build requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support medication EHR with clinical informatics and pharmacotherapy expertise.
- Liaise with clinicians to optimize informatics solutions.
- Develop and implement electronic health record builds to improve safety and workflows.
- Consult with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems.
- Create data analytics and automated clinical rules to support patient care.
