Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist informaticist to support the medication electronic health record. You will bridge clinical practice with informatics, designing builds and workflows to improve medication safety and outcomes.

The role requires EPIC Willow experience, strong collaboration, and the ability to translate clinical needs into system requirements. Remote options are available for eligible locations across the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity.
• Requires 3 years of pharmacist experience or PGY1/PGY2 in pharmacy informatics.
• EPIC certification preferred and/or required per department.

Aufgaben

• Leverages pharmacist clinical and informatics skills to support the medication EHR.
• Acts as liaison for clinical informatics and cross-functional teams.
• Develops informatics plans, data analysis, and system improvements.
• Designs and implements new EHR build to support practice and safety.
• Consults with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems.
