Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist informatics professional to support the medication electronic health record and related clinical information systems. You will collaborate with clinicians, analytics teams, and IT to optimize medication workflows and data accuracy.

The role emphasizes Epic Willow expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and advancing evidence-based practices. A Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and pharmacy informatics residency experience are preferred, with remote work options

Qualifications

Requires 3 years of experience as a pharmacist or PGY1/PGY2 residency in pharmacy informatics.

Responsibilities

Leverages pharmacist clinical and informatics skills to support the medication electronic health record.
Serves as a liaison regarding clinical informatics with clinicians and IT teams.
Develops informatics plans, data analysis, and systems that improve medication safety and workflows.
Designs, evaluates, and implements new EHR builds to support clinical practice and safety.
