Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist with informatics expertise to support the medication EHR and collaborate with clinicians for system enhancements. You will design, implement, and evaluate builds that improve safety and efficiency in medication workflows.

The role requires a PharmD or equivalent, EPIC Willow certification if possible, and 3 years of practice experience or PGY1/PGY2 in informatics. Fully remote from eligible states across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• 3 years' pharmacist experience or PGY1/PGY2 in informatics.
• Epic Willow certification and knowledge of medication records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the medication EHR using clinical informatics and pharmacy knowledge.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians and IT for build and optimization.
• Develop informatics plans, data analyses, and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems.
