Job summary

Qualified candidates will have Epic Willow certification, a PharmD, and at least 3 years of pharmacy experience or PGY1/PGY2 residencies in informatics. Work arrangements include a remote first shift with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the practice state or eligible for reciprocity.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacist experience or PGY1/PGY2 in informatics.
• EPIC Willow certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support medication EHR and act as liaison for clinical informatics.
• Develop informatics plans, analyze data, and optimize workflows.
• Design and implement new EHR builds to improve care quality and safety.
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to align information systems.
• Support informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements.
• Create data analytics to review performance and outcomes.
• Develop automated clinical rules to support patient care.
• Ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulations.
