Job summary

ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in life sciences, is hiring a Territory Sales Representative in San Francisco, CA, to support the Alembic Therapeutics Pivya launch. No prior pharma sales required; training, mentorship, and a defined plan help you build a long-term career in pharmaceutical sales.

You’ll promote Pivya to providers, follow a structured process, and grow within a national product launch with a strong support system and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics.
• Interest in breaking into pharmaceutical sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
