Job summary

ImpactBio in San Francisco, CA, is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to support the Pivya® launch with Alembic Therapeutics. No prior pharma sales required; you will receive training, mentorship, and a clear career path in a high-growth national product launch.

You’ll promote Pivya® to healthcare providers, follow a structured sales plan, build relationships, and travel within your territory. A bachelor’s degree and coachable mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics (some sales experience would be helpful, B2B sales, Pharma sales, outside sales, customer facing)
• Proven drive to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Coachability—takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
• High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
