ImpactBio is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to launch Pivya® in the U.S. market with Alembic Therapeutics. This entry-level, full-time role offers training, mentorship, and a clear path into pharmaceutical sales.

You will cover the Little Rock region, calling on healthcare providers, learning a proven sales model, and building a long-term sales career in a high‑growth product launch. Travel within the territory and ownership of your sales plan are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B, Pharma, outside sales).
• Willingness to travel within territory and drive to provider sites.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
