Job summary

ImpactBio is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Representative in Atlanta, GA to support the Pivya launch from Alembic Therapeutics. You will gain hands-on exposure calling on healthcare providers and receive comprehensive training and mentorship.

No prior pharmaceutical sales experience is required; this full-time role includes structured coaching, career growth, and a clear path into pharmaceutical sales with a major U.S. product launch.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics.
• Strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Coachability—receptive to direction and feedback.
• High motivation, resilience, and accountability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following a defined plan.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with company and industry regulations.
