ImpactBio, in partnership with Alembic Therapeutics, seeks a Territory Sales Representative to promote Pivya® to healthcare providers in the San Antonio area. This entry-level, full-time role offers training, mentorship, and a clear path into pharmaceutical sales.

No prior pharma experience required; you’ll follow a structured plan, develop territory strategies, and travel within your territory. The position features a base salary around $65,000 with performance incentives and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics.
• Desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Proven work ethic and track record of going above and beyond to succeed.
• Coachability and ability to apply feedback quickly.
• High motivation, resilience, and accountability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
