Job summary

ImpactBio is hiring a Territory Sales Representative in Atlanta, GA to support the Pivya launch with Alembic Therapeutics. No prior pharma sales needed; training, mentorship, and a clear selling process will be provided to build a strong sales foundation.

You’ll promote Pivya to healthcare providers, develop territory plans, and collaborate with leadership to meet launch goals as part of a national product rollout. This entry-level role offers career growth within life sciences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics.
• Desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Strong work ethic with a track record of going above and beyond.
• Coachability—takes direction well and applies feedback quickly.
• High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
