Job summary

ImpactBio in San Antonio is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to launch Pivya® in the U.S. market. This entry-level, full-time role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path into pharmaceutical sales, with support from Alembic Therapeutics.

You will promote to providers, build relationships, and execute territory plans while following a structured sales process. A bachelor’s degree and drive to learn are required; travel within the territory and a valid driver’s license are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics; sales experience is a plus.
• Desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales; coachable and driven.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with company and industry regulations.
