Access Pharmaceutical, Chattanooga, TN, is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (Territory) to cover primary care physicians in your area. The role is suitable for entry-level to specialty reps, focusing on innovative products and building strong physician relationships.

You will educate customers on product use, indications, and developments, while meeting territory sales goals and maintaining high ethical standards. Excellent communication and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience or sales abilities.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Promote and educate physicians on the use of our pharmaceutical products through meetings and programs.
• Work during the day in the field for call planning, customer follow-up, presentations, appointments, reports, etc.
• Ensure high performance levels of call and field productivity; meet Call Plan and sales goals while following ethics and compliance guidelines.
• Execute company-approved Product Marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activities.
• Support targeted customers using company-approved resources, materials and initiatives identified by Sales Management.
• Coordinate promotional efforts with peers across franchises and co-promotion alliance partners; manage materials and equipment per compliance guidelines.
• Ensure territory strategy execution using annual and regional business plans and call activity reports.
