Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Territory Manager to drive account-based selling across its portfolio for health care providers in the assigned territory. You will build trusted partnerships with hospitals and practice groups, translating disease state knowledge and payer insights into patient access and treatment adoption.

You will leverage the Lilly Selling Model and Account Management Model, use data analytics, and embrace new technologies including AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
• State-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes across the Lilly portfolio to multiple HCP specialties.
• Builds relationships with key customers to drive utilization and adoption of medicines.
• Implements Lilly Selling Model, Competency Model and Account Management Model.
• Utilizes data, insights and AI tools to streamline customer interactions and identify opportunities.
• Owns customer relationships and answers on-label medical questions for accounts.
