Job summary

Bayer is seeking a seasoned operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate account setups, billing cycles, and cash collection while ensuring quality and compliance.

You will drive process improvements, support new business models, and align with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure reliable supply and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field; 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty, temperature‑sensitive, partner‑managed or 3PL‑supported supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers; maintain strong relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
