Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations lead in the US Pharmaceuticals division to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate data, systems, traceability, and special programs, ensuring reliable service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will drive process improvements, collaborate with IT, Quality, Regulatory, and commercial teams, and assist in aligning cross-functional requirements for complex supply models.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare ops, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty or 3PL-supported models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization/traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing and cash collection.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches/new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization and pricing.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Regulatory, Finance, Legal and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, track risks and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness for NDC-12 with industry discussions.
