Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market.

You will coordinate data, systems, traceability, and customer programs while ensuring compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with IT, Master Data, QA, Regulatory, and commercial teams across the US.

Qualifications

• Requires multi-disciplinary customer solutions experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Masters in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, EDI/API interfaces, serialization/traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection support; oversee third-party operations and serve as escalation point.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business/supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored customer solutions; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP interfaces, pricing, contracting and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics and escalation paths; provide transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions regarding NDC-12 implementation and Bayer’s readiness.
