ImpactBio is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to launch Pivya® in the Washington D.C. territory. You will promote the product to healthcare providers, follow a structured sales process, and build relationships with physicians, nurses, and staff.

No pharmaceutical experience is required, just drive, coachability, and a strong work ethic. You will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path for career growth within ImpactBio, with potential transition to Alembic

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics (some sales experience would be helpful, B2B sales, Pharma sales, outside sales, customer facing)
• A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Proven work ethic and demonstrated a track record of going above and beyond to succeed
• Coachability—someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
• High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
