ImpactBio in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Territory Sales Representative for an entry-level, full-time role to support the launch of Pivya® with Alembic Therapeutics. This position offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path into pharmaceutical sales.

No prior pharma experience is required; drive, coachability, and the ability to follow a structured plan are valued. You will promote the product, build relationships with providers, and travel within your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years experience meeting or exceeding goals.
• Interest in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
• Coachability and ability to apply feedback quickly.
• Willingness to travel within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
