Job summary

ImpactBio is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Representative to launch Pivya in the Washington DC territory. This full-time role trains you to promote a new antibiotic to healthcare providers and build relationships as you execute a defined sales plan.

No pharmaceutical experience is required; drive and coachability are valued. You will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow with ImpactBio during a major U.S. product launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics; sales experience helpful.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
