Job summary

ImpactBio is hiring for a Territory Sales Representative (Entry Level) in its Washington D.C. territory. No prior pharmaceutical sales experience required; we provide training, tools, and mentorship to build a successful, long-term career in pharma sales.

You’ll work within a national product launch, promoting Pivya® to healthcare providers and developing territory plans while following a proven sales model. Competitive base salary with incentives and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Drive, coachability, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within the assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
