Job summary

ImpactBio, in partnership with Alembic Therapeutics, is hiring a Territory Sales Representative for the Washington D.C. area. No prior pharma experience required; we provide training, mentorship, and a proven sales process to help you launch a career in pharmaceutical sales.

You will promote Pivya® to healthcare providers, develop territory plans, and support a major U.S. product launch as part of a high-growth team. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and clear career paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics (sales experience helpful).
• Strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Coachability—takes direction well and applies feedback quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
