ImpactBio in Washington, DC is seeking an Entry-Level Territory Sales Representative to join a national product launch for Pivya®. You will learn a proven sales process, build relationships with healthcare providers, and gain real-world field experience.

No pharmaceutical sales experience is required; we’ll provide training, mentorship, and a clear path for career growth. This full-time role offers base pay with performance incentives and opportunities to advance within ImpactBio and Alembic

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics (some sales experience would be helpful)
• Desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Proven work ethic and demonstrated a track record of going above and beyond to succeed
• Coachability - someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
• High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Pharmaceutical experience is not required-drive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
