Job summary

ImpactBio is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the Washington, D.C. territory to support the Pivya launch with Alembic Therapeutics.

No prior pharmaceutical sales experience is required; motivated, coachable individuals will receive training, tools, and mentorship to build a long-term career in the field. You will join a national product launch, calling on healthcare providers and building relationships with physicians, nurses, and staff while following a proven sales plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics.
• Desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Proven work ethic and track record of going above and beyond to succeed.
• Coachability—takes direction well and applies feedback quickly.
• High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
