Job summary

Syneos Health, in partnership with a major biopharmaceutical company, is hiring a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) to grow our presence in the Milwaukee area. You will build relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders while executing an integrated territory plan to meet sales goals.

You will present product information, analyze market trends, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required, Life Sciences preferred.
• Business-to-business sales experience or internship experience and/or sales degree or 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication, analytics, and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed targeted sales goals in assigned territory.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Plan territory coverage and execute a territory business plan.
• Develop understanding of healthcare delivery within each customer and key personnel.
• Maintain territory budget and complete administrative tasks on time.
